What is OfficeResumes.com?


On OfficeResumes.com you can buy and download resume templates for Microsoft Word.
You can then use the resume templates to prepare your own resume, by typing your own information (bio, education, work experience, etc.) within the design/template.


Can I edit the header, footer, information, colors and sections in your templates?


Sure, you can edit, change, customize any sections of our resume templates.
Our templates are regular MS Office Word (.doc/.docx) files, you can edit anything within them just like you would do with any Word file.


I don't have Microsoft Office Word, what can I do?


-You can download a trial version of Microsoft Word, sometimes it’s available on the Microsoft website.
-You can try to use Online Office, Google Docs, or some free software such as Open Office. However, our templates are not tested with these tools, so at the moment we can only guarantee they will work with the regular Microsoft Office Word software.
-You can use them at work, at an internet cafe, or on a friend’s computer. They will work anywhere, provided there’s Microsoft Office Word installed.


Do your templates work on Mac?


Our templates work on Mac. However, depending on your Microsoft Office version, sometimes a few elements could appear misaligned. These are usually fixable with little effort.


Can I order a custom template?


We don’t design custom templates on request, you can only buy the existing templates.


Do you offer technical support for the resumes?


Yes, we do. If you need help achieving something within the resume, please get in touch.
Please be as descriptive as you can when explaining what you want to achieve, or the issue you may have.


Do you offer a resume writing service?


This service is not offered at this time.


I don't have Paypal, can I pay by credit card?


Yes, you can. At checkout, you can select Paypal and you’ll be able to pay by credit card when redirected to their page, even if you don’t have a Paypal account. Also, at checkout, there’s another option to pay directly with credit card.


Are payments accepted from any country?


Yes, whether you select to pay by Paypal or credit card, the payment system should accept payments from any country.


Is payment secure? Do you store or collect credit card info?


Yes, it is very secure. Payments are not processed on our site directly, but though the merchants secured processors. We do not collect or store any credit card info, those are collected by and stored on the secured merchants systems.


I can't seem to be able to login.


-Many users forget their password and type a wrong one. If you forgot your password, please use the option to “reset your password” located at the bottom of the login page.


I didn't receive the templates or the confirmation email.


Please check your spam folder. If you haven’t received the confirmation email you can always download the templates from your account (here). You should also check in your account if the payment was successful. If the payment is “pending” or “failed”, you didn’t receive the confirmation email because no purchase occurred. You can then go ahead and try to purchase again. Please note that “pending” payments usually denote some problems, they will not turn as “complete” whether you wait or not, and they turn automatically as “failed” after 2 days. If you see a “pending” transaction in your , you can safely consider it as “failed” and attempt to purchase again without waiting no further.


Was my payment successful? What if my payment is still pending?


You can check the status of your payment within your account. The payment will show as “complete” if the transaction was successful. It will show as “failed” if payment was declined for some reason. It will show as “pending”, if there were some problems with the payment. “Pending” usually do not turn as “complete” whether you wait or not, and they turn automatically as “failed” after 2 days. If you see a “failed” or “pending” transaction, you can safely go ahead and try to purchase again without waiting no further.


I can't open the files.


You will download an archive (zip file). You need to first extract the zip file them before you can access the doc files (the resume templates) that are inside. On Windows computers you can extract the zip file by right clicking on it and selecting “Extract”. If you need further assistance, or you have a Mac computer, please search on google “how to extract a zip file”.


Do you offer refunds?


Unfortunately, we don’t, as explained in our Terms of Use.
We sell digital downloads and this is to avoid abuses.
Our products can’t be returned, there’s no guarantee they won’t be used or will be deleted from the user’s computer, therefore we cannot offer refunds. However, our customer service will be more than glad to assist with any difficulties you may experience using our templates.
